Head Pizzaiolo (Pizza Chef)
As our Head Pizzaiolo, you'll be the heartbeat of our kitchen — crafting authentic, stone-baked pizzas using our signature recipes and the freshest locally-sourced ingredients. You'll lead the kitchen crew, mentor junior staff, and work closely with our culinary director to develop seasonal specials that keep our guests coming back.
- 3+ years pizza/Italian kitchen experience

Restaurant Shift Manager
We're looking for an energetic Shift Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and lead our front-of-house and kitchen teams during service. You'll handle opening/closing procedures, staff scheduling, inventory checks, and ensure Dewey's high standards are upheld at all times.
- 2+ years restaurant management
- Strong leadership & communication
- POS system proficiency

- ServSafe Certification preferred
Front-of-House Server
Join our front-of-house team as a Server and be the friendly face that makes every guest feel at home. You'll take orders, deliver food and beverages with care, answer menu questions, and ensure each table has a memorable dining experience. This role is perfect for someone with a warm personality and a love of great food.
- 1+ year serving experience
- Excellent communication skills

- Knowledge of Italian cuisine a plus
Delivery Driver
Be the final link in our pizza promise — delivering hot, fresh, perfectly-timed orders to our happy customers throughout Dublin. You'll represent the Dewey's brand on every delivery, so a friendly attitude and safe driving record are essential. Mileage reimbursement included.

Digital Marketing Coordinator
We're searching for a creative Digital Marketing Coordinator to grow our online presence and connect with pizza lovers across the region. You'll manage social media accounts, create engaging content, run email campaigns, coordinate promotions, and track analytics to keep our brand fresh and relevant in a competitive market.
- 2+ years digital marketing experience
- Social media content creation
- Email marketing tools (Mailchimp, etc.)
- Google Analytics & SEO basics
- Graphic design skills a bonus
